4. Fair use limits
Each tier has storage, bandwidth, and API limits. If you hit them, we'll let you know — not just cut you off.
The Service is designed for building applications, not for bulk file hosting or CDN-like distribution. Each space tier includes defined limits for storage, API requests, bandwidth, and compute.
If your usage approaches or exceeds your tier limits, we will notify you and work with you to find a suitable plan. We do not terminate accounts without warning for fair use concerns.
5. Automated traffic
Bots and scripts are fine, but high-frequency automated traffic may be throttled to keep the service healthy for everyone.
You may use automated tools, scripts, and bots to interact with the Service through the API. However, we reserve the right to throttle, rate-limit, or temporarily block automated traffic that degrades the Service for other users.
If your use case requires sustained high-frequency API access, contact us to discuss dedicated capacity.
6. Enforcement
We follow a clear ladder: warning, then throttle, then suspension, then termination. We'll always explain why.
When we identify a violation, we follow a graduated enforcement process:
- Warning: we notify you of the violation and ask you to remediate
- Throttle: we may limit your access to affected features while you address the issue
- Suspension: we temporarily disable your account if the violation continues or is severe
- Termination: we permanently terminate your account for repeated or egregious violations
For severe violations (CSAM, active malware distribution, imminent harm), we may skip directly to suspension or termination and report to law enforcement.
