1. How to report
See something wrong? Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We take every report seriously.
If you believe content hosted on BlitzGraph violates our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or your rights, please report it to [email protected].
You can also report security vulnerabilities to [email protected].
2. What to include
Tell us what happened, where it is, and how to reach you. The more detail, the faster we can act.
To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- A description of the content or behavior you are reporting
- URLs, space IDs, or unit IDs that identify the content (if available)
- Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)
- Your contact information so we can follow up
- Whether this is a copyright complaint, abuse report, or security vulnerability
3. Copyright and DMCA
If someone is hosting your copyrighted work on BlitzGraph without permission, send us a DMCA notice and we'll act on it.
If you believe that content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

4. What happens next
We'll confirm we got your report within 48 hours and investigate. If the content violates our policies, we'll take it down.
When we receive an abuse report or DMCA notice:
- We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- We investigate the reported content or behavior
- If the content violates our policies or applicable law, we take appropriate action (removal, suspension, or account termination)
- We notify the reporter of the outcome when possible
For imminent threats or illegal content (CSAM, active malware), we act immediately and report to relevant authorities.
5. Counter-notices
If you think your content was taken down by mistake, you can file a counter-notice. We'll follow the DMCA process.
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in San Francisco, California
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will process counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
